You were trained to heal people. Nobody trained you to get paid.
Graduate school taught you theory, ethics, and technique. It did not teach you pricing. So you did what everyone does. You took insurance, or you set a fee that felt polite, and you started selling your time one hour at a time.
Here’s the problem. Your income now has a hard cap. There are only so many sessions a human being can hold in a week before the work suffers and you burn out. When the hours are full, the only lever left is to raise your rate by a few dollars and hope nobody leaves.
That’s not a pricing problem. It’s a model problem. And it’s fixable.
For therapists who are done being underpaid
The 50-minute hour is not a business model. It’s a ceiling.
I’ll show you how to restructure your practice, charge for outcomes instead of hours, and double your income — without adding a single client to your caseload.

What I changed
I stopped selling sessions. I started selling results.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with nearly 30 years in the field. For most of that time, I worked the traditional way, accepting cash, credit card, and insurance.
I built two six-figure practices in two states (one in 2006, the second in 2012) in less than two years. After 20 years, I hit a ceiling and had to rethink how I was running my business.
I researched, sought answers, studied successful therapist and coaching models, and rebuilt my practice around one question: what does the client actually need to walk away with?
The answer became structured 60- to 90-day programs with a flat fee, a defined cadence, and real support between sessions. A deliberately small caseload. Clients who are committed because they’ve invested in an outcome, not a time slot. And because I work as a coach, I serve clients anywhere, not just inside my licensing states.
The first year I implemented my model, I worked less than ever before and made more than ever before, averaging $20K per month. Then I knew the sky was the limit.
The old model
Paid per hour. Income capped by your calendar and energy level. Clients drift in and out. Insurance decides what you’re worth.
The new model
Paid for a program. Income tied to the value you deliver. Clients commit to the full arc. You decide what you’re worth.
Step one
The workshop: Therapist Success Accelerator
A live, 3-hour working session on Zoom. You’ll leave with the blueprint for your own program-based practice, not a pile of inspiration you’ll never use. We will also teach you how to find other sources of residual income to develop on the side that will serve you in the future.
01
Design your signature program
Turn what you already do well into a defined, time-bound program with a clear promise.
02
Price for the outcome
Set a flat program fee you can defend, and stop apologizing for it.
03
Therapist vs. coach
How a coaching model works, what it opens up, and where the lines are.
04
Fill it without chasing
The consultation-to-program path that brings committed clients to you.

Step two · By invitation
Private mentoring for the therapists ready to build it.
The workshop gives you the blueprint. Mentoring is where we build it together. I work with a small number of therapists at a time, one-on-one, and I also do group coaching, all of whom are chosen from the workshop. You’ll have me in your corner while you design your program, set your price, have the hard conversations with existing clients, and launch.
I’m direct. I’m on your side. I want you to win. I’ll tell you when your pricing is timid and when your offer is muddy. If you are tired of the same old hourly wage and burnout, look somewhere else. If you want a different practice with endless possibilities, this is it.
Mentoring is only offered to workshop participants. Details are shared at the end of the workshop.
